In principle, we check every Skinfit product individually. Whether a repair is possible depends on the type of damage, the material and the construction of the product.

The costs depend on the product and the work required. If it is a valid warranty claim, the corresponding warranty provisions apply. For work that is subject to a charge, we will inform you of the costs in advance.

Yes. Please only hand over or send us products that are clean, washed and completely dry.

If a repair or alteration is possible, your product will be processed directly by us in Austria.

For selected products, sleeves or pant legs can be shortened or lengthened, for example. We check other adjustments individually.

Not every damage means that a product has to be replaced. Contact our customer service or your regional Skinfit shop and, if possible, send us photos of the damaged area. We will then check whether a repair is technically possible and makes sense. Our goal is to keep a product in use for as long as possible.
