Sportswear in your own design: At Vario, we don't just print a logo onto a finished product. Colors, patterns, and logos are integrated directly into the fabric. This creates highly functional clothing with a unique look for your club, company, or team.
Why Vario exists
A unified appearance strengthens the sense of belonging – during training, in competition, at company events, and wherever you are visible as a team. That is why we developed Vario.
Vario combines the functionality of selected Skinfit products with the greatest possible design freedom. Colors, patterns, and logos are transferred directly into the material. As a result, the clothing remains lightweight, elastic, and breathable, while your design remains permanent.
How sublimation works
With sublimation, the ink is infused directly into the fibers of the fabric using heat. Unlike traditional printing, this does not create an additional layer on the material.
The function remains
No additional layer of paint seals the material. The breathability and elasticity are preserved.
The design remains
The color is part of the fabric. It does not peel off and remains intact even with regular use and many washes.
Creative freedom
Colors, patterns, gradients, and logos can be implemented with high precision. The designated white surfaces of the Vario products can be customized.

From Idea to Finished Product
Inquiry and consultation
You let us know which product, what quantity, and which delivery date you require. Together, we will determine whether Vario is the right solution for your application.
Draft
We transfer your design onto the template of the selected product. Colors, patterns, and logo positions are precisely determined during this process.
Release
You will receive a draft for review. We will only start production once you have approved the product, colors, and placements.
Production and Delivery
After approval, the delivery time is generally 8 to 12 weeks. Reorders are possible if the design remains unchanged.

What you send us
Logo as a vector file
Files in AI, EPS, or PDF format are ideal. JPG or PNG files are only sufficient if they are of high enough quality.
Desired positions
Please indicate which logo should be placed where. A simple sketch or example will help with the implementation.
Color specifications
Send us the existing color values, preferably as Pantone Solid Coated. Alternatively, you can send us your existing design guidelines.
Design template
If you already have a concrete idea, a sample, or a finished design, send it to us directly with your request.
Sizes and quantities
For each product, we need the desired quantity as well as the distribution across the individual sizes.
Vario or refinement?
Both create a uniform appearance. Which option is more suitable depends on how customized you want the result to be, how many pieces you need, and when the clothing must be ready.
