Crash Replacement & Downsizing
A fall is annoying enough.
Has your Skinfit product been damaged in a fall or no longer fits after successful training? With Crash Replacement and Downsizing, you can get the same item again at half price. Two different cases, one simple process.
Crash Replacement
Falls and mishaps cannot always be avoided during sports. If your Skinfit product has been damaged in the process, we will first check whether a viable repair is possible. In this case, you will receive a discounted repair offer.
If the item can no longer be repaired satisfactorily, you can purchase the same product again at a 50% discount. The requirement is that the purchase took place no more than two years ago and the item is still available.
Downsizing
Your training was successful, your body has changed and your Skinfit product no longer fits? With our downsizing offer, you can purchase the same item in your new size at a 50% discount.
To do this, simply return the item you have been wearing to us. The offer is valid for up to two years after the date of purchase and as long as the same item is available in the desired size. Well-preserved returned products are collected and donated to non-profit organizations.
How it works
Photograph the damaged or no longer suitable item in a way that its condition is clearly visible.
Select Crash Replacement or Downsizing, briefly describe your request, and upload the photos in the form.
Our customer service team will review your request and inform you about the next steps and the appropriate return address.
Upon receipt, the item will undergo a final inspection. You will then receive your repair quote or the option to purchase the same item at half price.

Please do not send in your item until you have received feedback from our customer service team. Use the service address designated for your country and indicate the chosen service on the package or in the accompanying letter.

Important notes
The offer applies exclusively to Skinfit products purchased no more than two years ago.
For crash replacement, the damage must have been caused by a fall or a comparable mishap during sports activities.
For downsizing, the original item must be returned.
Replacements are provided exclusively with the same item and only as long as it is available in the desired size.
If an item is older than two years, you can still request our regular repair service.
